We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Scenti.
If for any reason you are not happy, this policy explains your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through www.scentimarrakech.com.

2. Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@scentimarrakech.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Items must be shipped back within 7 days after your return request is approved.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

4. Refunds

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@scentimarrakech.com.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
